ProHELP is a transdermal natural progesterone creme formulated with USP Micronized, Standardized Progesterone (1,000 mg or 20 mg per 1/4 teaspoon) in the 2 oz. jar. Our natural progesterone is derived from the Mexican Wild Yam Root and converted using pressure and heat into a Bio-Identical molecule of Progesterone (identical to the progesterone that is produced by the human body). Therefore, there are no negative side effects or harmful ingredients in our creme.
Progesterone is the "feel good" hormone and can help alleviate symptoms of PMS, perimenopause and menopause. This product can be used by any woman, age 10-100, menstruating or non-menstruating, hysterectomy or no hysterectomy.

If you are still menstruating:
Use the creme twice daily from day 12-26 of your cycle. Day 1 is considered the first day of bleeding-- you should not be using the creme while you are still experiencing bleeding, so we recommend starting on Day 12 and stopping after Day 26. Use 1/4 tsp. per application (about the rounded size of a dime). Can apply to inner arms and wrists, side of neck, or behind the knees. .Apply in same area for one week, then pick a new area the next week.
If you are no longer menstruating:
Use twice daily for 25 days per month, taking a 5-day break each month. Use 1/4 tsp. per application. Can apply to inner arms and wrists, side of neck, behind the knees, or inner thighs. Apply in same area for one week, then pick a new area the next week. Can use the same two areas as long as you rotate weekly!
