DHEA an endogenous hormone secreted by the adrenal glands. It serves as a precursor to male and female sex hormones (androgens and estrogens). DHEA levels peak at the age of 20 for both men and women, and as DHEA levels decrease, age-related illnesses increase. These include obesity, diabetes, Alzheimer's, heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, senility, Parkinson's disease, and osteoporosis. 

SUGGESTED USE:

For women: 1/2 to 1 tablet daily (start with 1/2 for first week). For men: 1-2 tablets daily (start with 1 per day for the first week).
