I suggest making your own spray. Get some peppermint oil and add 1-2 squeezes of the dropper to 4 ounces of water and put it in a spray bottle. Spray it on your wrists, chest , face and back of the neck for an instant cool down.
OR you can store a vial of peppermint oil in your fridge. Add a dropper full to some unsweetened juice ( I like cranberry that I purchase at Trader Joe’s ) and drink it when you feel “flashy”!

Peppermint is an essential oil that has a positive effect on hot flashes. Peppermint oil is among the most powerful vasoconstrictors in aroma therapy and works great for relieving hot flashes. Its menthol relieves the heat of a flash. ALSO, it can help with achy legs, tired hands, and feet.
A very nice oil for those of us in Peri or Menopause!
The sprays are applied to the inside of the wrists, chest and back of the neck – areas where blood flows close to the skin’s surface. Then the chilled blood is transported throughout the body for all-over cooling.
